She has been a licensed hair stylist for 20 years and for the last 9 years has been the proud owner of her own business, Unique Expressions Beauty Salon and Boutique.

Coming from a musical background, Sherri was introduced to music at an early age. Sherri’s mother played the piano for several churches when her children were young. Sherri and her two younger siblings accompanied their mother to many rehearsals and it was at these rehearsals that Sherri’s gift was discovered. At the age of 11 years old, Sherri directed her first song!
From that day forth, Sherri has been non-stop!

Currently Sherri is the Minister of Music of Eastern Star Church in Indianapolis, Indiana, where Jeffrey A. Johnson Sr. is the pastor. Sherri has been the Minister of Music there for the last 14 years. God blesses each of his children with certain gifts, Sherri’s is obvious!

The anointing that God has placed on her life is evident. God only knows what all he has in store for a servant such as Sherri but we look forward to all that we trust He is going to do through her.
