Okinawa Lutheran Church is located about half-way between Camp Foster and Kadena Air Base just off Highway 330.

From Kadena Air Base: Proceed out gate 2 until you come to the big intersection of Highway 330. Turn right (south) at the intersection; this is Highway 330. Proceed to the intersection right past a second-hand store, this will be two stoplights before Plaza House Shopping Center, there is a yellow photo studio on the right of this T-shaped intersection. Turn left (east). Okinawa Lutheran Church will be on the right-hand side, about 200 meters from the intersection. You will see the white church with the green roofed steeple and cross.

From Camp Foster: Proceed out the Headquarter's gate and turn right (north); this is Highway 330. Or from the Leagen Gate, turn left (north) onto Highway 330. Continue on this road until you see the Plaza House Shopping Center. Turn at the second intersection after the Shopping center. Do not turn at the narrow street just past the shopping center! Also, look for the Family Mart Convience Store on your left. Turn right at the signal. Okinawa Lutheran Church will be on the right-hand side, about 200 meters from the intersection. You will see the white church with the green roofed steeple and cross.

From Kinser. Head north on Highway 58. Just past Foster Base, turn right (east) on Highway 130. Then turn left (north) on Highway 330. Continue on this road until you see the Plaza House Shopping Center. Turn at the second intersection after the Shopping center. Do not turn at the narrow street just past the shopping center! Also, look for the Family Mart Convience Store on your left. Turn right at the signal. Okinawa Lutheran Church will be on the right-hand side, about 200 meters from the intersection. You will see the white church with the green roofed steeple and cross.

If traveling by Bus:

From Downtown Naha City it takes about one hour. Bus #23 is a good bus to take (there are other buses also). You can board the bus at the Rubo Dept. Store near the Okinawa Pref. Building, or along Highway 58. Get off the bus at "Plaza House Shopping Center." Follow the direction of the bus to the second traffic light, near the Yellow Photo Sudio. Cross the intersection and walk straight. You will soon see the green roof of the church with the cross.

If coming from the north, get off the bus at the "Higa" bus stop. Walk back to the intersection and turn right. You will soon see the green roof of the church with the cross.
