In the LASTDAYS
Remember that there will be difficult times in the last days. People will be selfish, greedy, boastful, and conceited; they will be insulting, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, and irreligious; they will be unkind, merciless, slanderers, violent, and fierce; they will hate the good; they will be treacherous, reckless, and swollen with pride; they will love pleasure rather than God; they will hold to the outward form of our religion, but reject its real power. Keep away from such people. (TEV 2Ti 3:1-5)
終わりの時には困難な時期が来ることを悟りなさい。
そのとき、人々は自分自身を愛し、金銭を愛し、ほらを吹き、高慢になり、神をあざけり、両親に従わず、恩を知らず、神を畏れなくなります。また、情けを知らず、和解せず、中傷し、節度がなく、残忍になり、善を好まず、人を裏切り、軽率になり、思い上がり、神よりも快楽を愛し、信心を装いながら、その実、信心の力を否定するようになります。こういう人々を避けなさい。(新共同訳二テモ3:1-5)
