At Okinawa Lutheran Church, many of the families are only here for a short time, 2 or 3 years at the most, so we have a Confirmation Program that lasts only one year. We study every Wednesday afternoon from 4:00-5:30 pm. Half of the class time is spent in Bible Study (An overview from Genesis to Revelation in 30 lessons) and the other half of the class time is spent studying Martin Luther's Small Catechism (The Ten Commandments, the Creed, Lord's Prayer, Baptism, Confession, and the Lord's Supper). The class time and day can be changed to suit the students' scheduals.
